The Little Black Box

Hello lovelies,

I have been enjoying my first two days in beautiful Tenerife, lying under the sun and relaxing with my bestie. It is so satisfying giving myself a break from makeup.

Before I left, a little black box has arrived in front of my doorsteps, it could have been only one thing... Net-A-Porter.

I got so excited, jumping up and down and thanking the postman for delivering this heavenly box, it was like a child getting his favorite candy.

And just when I untied the bow, my heart skipped a beat.

The Effortless Breathable Tinted Primer by Sunday Riley was on my Wishlist for over 1 year. I first got to know about this product thanks to intothegloss. I finally got to try it out in New York in the summer, but the counter person was just horrible and so I walked away. I finally craved in and bought this, which retails at 38 Pounds. It is a very lightweight, very sheer tinted moisturizer. It doesn't give you any coverage, but boy it somehow makes your skin look the best it ever has and the longevity is heaven on my skin. I use it with a concealer to cover where it is needed, and then put some powder on top and I am good to go.
Now, two lipsticks from Charlotte Tilbury - Matte Revolution Lipstick in Love Liberty and Glastonberry. Beautiful lipsticks that have a creamy but matte texture and do not dry your lips out. The longevity of them is amazing, I barely need to touch them up and the colors.... ohhh so amazing. You have seen me wearing Love Liberty in my previous blogpost: If I have to decide what color is my favorite, I will have to go for Love Liberty.. but only because it is more suitable for the Christmas period as it has a subtle red undertone. You can find them here:

Last but not least is the most breathtaking eyeshadow palette of 2014. The Chantecaille 15 Year Anniversary Eye Shade Trio. It is the most beautiful palette hands down, it the butterfly in the middle is a champaign color, so suitable for highlighting. The sea turtle is a creamy copper crease shade that looks so gorgeous, I am in love. Oh my, the elephant shade is a deep aubergine color as described by Net-A-Porter and the three shades are so complimentary, it is my favorite palette.
You can find it here:

Those products would be some amazing christmas presents, especially the limited edition Chantecaille Eye Palette.

I am off to the beach now! :)
