Galvin At Windows

Some nights ago I was invited to a birthday and I accepted the invitation with an inner laughter as I could not remember the last time I went out for dinner. It was a last minute thing,
something that happens all the time in London. I had one hour to shower and get dressed, a mission impossible task when you looked at the mirror and saw yourself in pyjamas watching Dr. House.

I got my mind straight, jumped into the shower and got ready with time to spare (have you seen the amount of hair I have? Blow drying and straightening?) I praised myself and ordered an Uber to meet my friends in front of Hilton Park Lane, where the restaurant Galvin At Windows is situated.

Knit Dress - Zara
Tights - H&M
Shoes - 50/50 Boots Stuart Weitzman
Bag - Chanel Boy Bag
Coat - Canada Goose Arctic Parka

We went in to the elevator, pressed 28th floor and were greeted with the most stunning view. As it was a very late dinner, the selection of the menu was little but promising for my empty stomach that was complaining of the lack of food it has received during the day.

I went for scallops as a starter, Angus beef with mashed potatoes for the main course with some heavenly broccoli on the side.

The dessert.... OH My, my stomach was giving me an inner hug when it has consumed one of the best desserts I have ever encountered with. Spiced apple & milk chocolate soufflĂ©! This dessert alone makes me want to come and dine here again, but at an earlier hour to have the possibility to choose from a bigger selection.

After the food, we have rolled ourselves down and went back home as it was already past my bed time (Inside, I am a Granny!)

I have received so many compliments on the makeup I was wearing that I decided to make a Youtube video that will be uploaded very soon, so stay tuned for that. I off to eat now, this post is making me hungry!
