My Travel Makeup Bag - London Edition

I took the initiative to travel to London the past weekend to see some friends and unwind from the past weeks of working.
It was the first time that I have traveled to a country with only carry-on luggage and the master of overpacking that I am had to face a difficult decision of what to take with me.

1) The Base
I decided to take the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation - a medium coverage base that I have been loving for the past month and the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer for a more natural coverage or any blemishes. For my blue bags I took my trusty Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer - I cannot live without this product in my life and you will need this if you your under-eye area is dry.

2) Eyes and Brows
I needed to be packing efficiently so I took with me two products that are versatile to create many different looks with. As always my favourite Nars Smudge Proof Eye Primer needed to be with me if I used anything on my eyes. The creamy eyeshadow stick that stole my heart is By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Misty Rock - oh wow what a game changer! An eyeliner needed to be on the menu and I chose the Charlotte Tilbury Rock'n'Kohl in Bedroom Black - a creamy eyeliner that is easy to use, however the flick is a bit hard to do because the tip of the pencil is not thin enough (and yes! I did sharpen it)

My brows were filled in with the Suqqu Eyebrow Liquid Pen in Moss Green. To finish everything off I took two mascaras with me that I have been obsessed with this year, the Benefit Roller Lash Mascara and the Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara.

3) Blush and Brozer
Did I ever tell you that I broke my Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow? Well I did cause I obviously have a talent for ruining expensive things including this amazing product. I tried to survive for 8 months without it but failed and craved, I just needed this baby back in my life. No other Bronzer/Sculpting shade was doing it for me. I took the Stila Convertible Blush in Lillium for a more peachy glow from within and my Nars Blush in Orgasm  - a classic.

4) Lips
Lips is always a thing for itself. I tried to categorise it into 4 different needs. A moisturising lip balm -  Dior Addict Lip Glow. Check. A moisturising lip balm with a tint - Rodial Glamstick in Just Daisy. Check. A nude lip pencil - MAC Lip Liner in Soar. Check. Last but not least a lipgloss that I can use on its own or on top of the lip liner - Chantecaille Brilliant Gloss in Lucky. Check Mate.

Most of the products can be found at SelfridgesSpace N.K. and Boots xxx
